   Welcome to Nicaragua & Surf Eat Sleep Headquarters is located within a Monkey Sanctuary at Playa Maderas. All 4 homes are beachfront with private stairs leading down to the surf. Each home offers a unique view of the breathtaking waters that you will be surfing in for your weeks stay with us. Your group size will decide which of the 4 homes you will be situated at for the week. Playa Maderas holds the most consistent surf along the Pacific Coastline of Nicaragua, and will be your playground for the week. We will pick you up in the surf in-front of your home everyday by boat, and head North or South to a variety of different breaks along the coast depending on swell direction, size, and the tide’s. Since all of the Surf Eat Sleep Homes are positioned on the waters edge, you will have breath taking sunsets to watch everyday.
